About the Author
R.J. Burton has been journaling and writing poetry since she was a teenager but was inspired to put her life experiences on the page when she realized she could help others who had gone through something similar. By telling her story, she hopes other questioning souls who may be doubting their faith—whether as a consequence of trauma or otherwise—will know they are not alone.
Blaming God: A Victim’s Journey is R.J.’s first book. She lives in B.C., Canada with her husband and two daughters. Outside of writing, R.J. enjoys weightlifting and has competed in bodybuilding competitions. Her family would describe her in loving Newfoundland slang to be “tough as boot leather."
